I got a Macintosh Plus on the bench with white smoke. Usual suspect is the RIFA filter paper capacitor.
First remove the all leaky battery.
Always neat to open the Macs. So well built and the details. It's always nice to see the signatures of all of the original Apple inside the case.
As expected blown cap. Amazon next day and...
